Shipping Policy

  • Shipping costs within Australia: Standard Shipping $5.00, Express Post $15.00.
  • Free Shipping on $100 & above.
  • Orders are posted out everyday before 11am to expedite orders. Delivery may generally be a 1-3 days turn around for metropolitan suburbs, however depending on location ( Western Australia & some regional areas), shipping may take between 2-7 days from confirmation of payment. 
  • If you require your products urgently, please contact us via email and we will do our very best to get it out to you as soon as possible.
  • If you are not at home to receive the delivery , your parcel may be left at your front door or in your letterbox, if you agree or disagree with this, please advise us on delivery instructions via email regarding the your order.
  • Express Post Network

    The Australia Post Express Post network covers 80% of Australian business addresses, private addresses and Post Office boxes, providing delivery the next business day by 5pm. If your item is for an address outside this network it won’t be next business day delivery - In most cases it will be 2nd business day delivery.

Returns & Refund Policy

  • OM Offers a 14 day satisfaction guarantee on all products bought online. If you are not happy with any aspects of your purchase, simply return it within 14 days of receipt to receive a full refund less shipping.
  • OM offers a guarantee against defects created at the time of manufacture. Products will be exchanged if they are found to have manufacturing fault or defects.
  • Any claims against our guarantee in transit must be brought to our attention within 7 days of receipt of purchase and must be submitted to info@opalmerino.com with photographic evidence. We will then provide a replacement.
  • OM handles returns and processes refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation. We cannot accept responsibility for variation of shades of colour as each screen from a computer, laptop, tablet to a smart phone vary in shades of colour. 
  • OM is not liable for any loss of an item being returned, therefore we recommend that you return it using registered mail. If we are unable to resolve your complaint or further assist you, we will process a refund upon timely receipt of the goods purchased. Unworn goods with tags upon it will be refunded in full minus original shipping costs.
  • Refunds will be processed promptly and payment made by the same method that you made payment. Refund payments may take up to 7 business days to be received. Refunds are made at the discretion of Opal Merino - OM.
  • OM is not liable for any loss of good in transit to the customer once sent via its chosen logistics company, Australia Post.
